Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Image to Layers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Image to Layers splits images into layers with AI, in the Layer Agent chat, and offers a free single-layer PSD converter that runs in your browser. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload images you do not have the right to use, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware or other harmful content.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the layers made from them. We claim no rights in your output, and you may use it commercially on every plan. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to provide the service, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Plans, Credits and Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Credits. Each layer split costs 10 credits, whatever the number of layers. A split that fails is refunded in credits automatically. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period — for yearly plans, once a year.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits are valid for 90 days from purchase.
• Layer Agent, the chat where splits run, is included with subscriptions; credit packs do not include it.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. For refund requests, email us at s07811005141@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property

The service itself — its software, design and brand — belongs to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This does not cover your content (see Your Content).

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; to close your account and have your data deleted, email us from your account's email address.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. We will show the date of the latest change at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you through the service.
